Avon Representative Reviews of My Top 5 Best Selling Beauty Products

Avon is the worlds most successful direct seller of beauty products, and has been selling in the UK for over 50 years. During that time Avon has introduced new innovations in skin care and cosmetics and has updated its ranges, phasing out old products and colours and introducing new formulations. 

Some products have passed the test of time and become established best sellers amongst my customers and the Avon network internationally. These are the products that are the money makers for Avon reps. They are the ones you can genuinely recommend as being effective customer favourites.

I love selling Avon (as you might be able to tell from my hubs!) and the following is a list of my customers most recommended products, in no particular order.

This anti ageing eye cream is an international best seller. It is the number one eye cream in the United States! It has been endorsed by Grazia, Glamour and Marie Clair magazines. And with good reason - it works!

The pot contains 10ml upper eye gel and 10ml undereye cream. The gel is applied across the upper eye area, including the brow bone. It increases collagen and tightens and lifts the eyelid. The upper eye is firmed and has a more 'wide awake' look. The under eye cream helps to fade and diminish dark circles and smoothes and lessons fine lines.The under eye feels tighter and plumper.

I have tried numerous eye creams in the past. I wear contact lenses and I am sure the repetitive pulling of the eye corners to remove them has contributed to the 'laughter lines' at my eyes. (Why are they called laughter lines? Theres nothing funny about them!). Even if I didnt sell Avon I would recomend this product because it has definately improved the fine lines, and the skin on my upper eye lid is firmer and less hooded.

The name of this anti ageing serum might be a bit of a mouthful, but derma - full is another Avon skincare product which has been approved by customers. In fact 87% of Cosmopolitan readers surveyed in the UK would recommend this product to a friend.

This is a concentrated serum, so a little goes a long way. Its most important ingredient is 'injectable - grade hyaluronic acid', Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body and is important in regulating cell growth. Hyaluronic acid helps the skin to produce collagen and plump up the skin. It is widely used as a dermal filler and is injected under the skin to smooth out lines and wrinkles. If you would prefer not to have needles stuck into your face, then massaging in derma - full is a nicer alternative. Now obviously it doesn't claim to have the same effect as a dermatology treatment. Nothing can give the same results as surgery.But - with continued use I have seen real results on my skin. It has had a visible effect on the mouth to nose lines which previously made me feel like I looked like Homer Simpson!

Avon recommends you apply the serum at night time, either on its own or under a night cream.I also use it under my day time moisturiser. In feedback customers report seeing a marked difference on their wrinkles and lines. The look and feel of the skin is improved, and the quality of the skin is better.

Avon is obviously as famous for its cosmetics as it is for its skincare. Arabian Glow is one of its longest established make up ranges. I remember seeing it in the brochures when I was a teenager, which is too many years ago to admit. The bronzing pearls are literally tiny pearl shaped balls of powder in varying shades of tan and brown. To use, swirl a large, soft dusting brush over the pearls of powder and sweep over the face. The result is a subtle, natural looking sun kissed glow. The powder contains light reflecting pigments which give you a warm healthy complexion and you can carefully build up the colour if you want to achieve a more bronzed look.

If you dont fancy the colour over your whole face the pearls can also be used as a blusher, or eyeshadow. You can even mix the powder with lipstick so that your make up is co ordinated.

And best of all, one pot of bronzing pearls will last for ages!

Far Away is Avons number one selling fragrance, and is certainly one of my best selling perfumes. It is an oriental, floral fragrance which smells more expensive than it really is. Its exotic, sandalwood fragrance is sensual and creamy but not overpowering.

The Far Away range includes a shimmering body powder, body spray, bath and shower gel, roll on deodorant and skin softener, so that you can layer the fragrance and help it last all day.

These days we put our hair through all kinds of torture. Straightening irons, tongs, blow drying and colouring are daily or weekly events. All these processes dry out our hair and create frizziness and split ends. Luckily, Avon have created Dry Ends Serum to help deal with these problems.

The glossy formula is perfect for smoothing the hair right to the (spilt) ends! Lightly glossed over the hair the serum nourishes and hydrates to create soft, shiny hair. prima magazine recommend it to "help to repair and protect the hair cuticle".

The serum is excellent for dry or coloured hair, and it contains sunscreen for even more protection. It prevents static flyaway hair and leaves your hair looking hydrated, healthy and shiny. Whats more - like the other Avon best sellers - a little goes a long way and one bottle will last you for months and months.

As an Avon rep and Sales Leader I am lucky enough to be able to get the newest products at a special price, and to purchase the old favourites at a reduced cost. I can genuinely recommend my top 5 because I use them all regularly. I cannot praise Avon skin care products enough. I think they give excellent results for the money, and they are more than a match for some of the luxory brands. My customers are repeat purchasers,and as the saying goes 'The customer is always right'!
